The mission of the Carver Center is to celebrate the diverse cultures of our world, nation and community, with emphasis on its African American heritage, by providing challenging artistic presentations, community outreach activities and educational programs.

We schedule programming for our Mainstage Performance Series, the Little Carver Intimate Performances, and our Youth Matineé Series, and provide in-school workshops and artistic residencies. Toward this end, those responsible for each program (respectively, Executive Director, Bill Lewis; Marketing Director, Chris Novosad; Education Director, Roland Mazuca; Residency Coordinator, Andrea Wilson; and Director of Development, Annalisa Peace) coordinate issues that will fulfill the needs of the community and at the same time remain responsible to our mission.
