The Myrna Loy Center for the Media and Performing Arts provides film (mainstream, alternative), live performance (national, regional, local), arts education, and media education to Montana. Noted as a leading rural arts organization, the MLC also is involved in developing new works both for Montana and nationally.

The curatorial process includes staff review, showcases, committee input, and staff decision. The MLC is a multi-discipline house with small audience bases for many different works. When support through grants allows, the MLC will bring experimental work/cutting-edge work to Montana.
