NPN Creation Fund Credit Language

All work created through the National Performance Network’s Creation Fund Project must be credited for the life of the work.  Substantial alterations to the following credit must be approved in writing by the NPN National Office. Failure to credit NPN and commissioners will jeopardize the eligibility of the Recipient to receive future subsidies from the National Performance Network. The Artist must provide NPN with proper documentation including credit language.

Credit language for flyers, calendars, and mailers:

[Title] is a National Performance Network (NPN) Creation Fund Project co-commissioned by [Lead Partner/Commissioner#1] in partnership with [Commissioner #2], [Commissioner #3] and NPN. For more information: www.npnweb.org.

Credit language for programs and press releases:

[Title] is a National Performance Network (NPN) Creation Fund Project co-commissioned by [Lead Partner/Commissioner#1] in partnership with [Commissioner #2], [Commissioner #3] and NPN. The Creation Fund is supported by the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation, Ford Foundation, and the National Endowment for the Arts (a federal agency). For more information: www.npnweb.org.
