Creation Fund Program

Both Artists and Commissioners agree to submit final reports as a condition of participating in NPN Creation Funds.

Artists agree to complete a series of final reports: (A) a Creation Fund Final Report (see below) to report on the Creation process and (B) a final report for each Performance Residency.

Commissioners agree to complete two final reports: (A) a Creation Fund Final Report (see below) to report on the commissioning process and (B) a final report for the Performance Residency in which the commissioned work premiered.

Final report forms are due 30 days after the last day of Creation Fund Activity. All final reports should be emailed to NPN Program Assistant, Alec De Leon.
