Final Report Forms
Artist of Color Performance Residency Program
Both Artists and Presenters agree to submit final reports as a condition of participating in Artist of Color Performance Residencies.
Final report forms are due 30 days after the last day of Residency Activity. All final reports should be emailed to NPN Program Assistant, Alec De Leon.
