EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION RATES are closed now

  • If you have not yet registered, do it immediately at www.performingartsconvention.org.
  • NPN is subsidizing registration fees for NPN Partners and invited Artists up to $250.
  • Any registration fee(s) over and beyond $250 is the individual’s responsibility.
  • If you are an NPN Partner and are only attending the regional meeting on June 13, you do not have to register for NPAC.

REGISTRATION
NPAC attendees must register online. For all NPN Partners and most Artists: follow first registration instructions below. A small group of Artists (based on first-come status) received a specific Artists Waiver Code. If you received a code please follow the second set of instructions below.

 

For NPN Partners and Artists who did not receive a code please follow these instructions to register:

On the home page is a button to click that says "Take Action and Register"

  • The first page it will take you has instructions on how to register.
  • You will need to Create an Account—this is simple, your email and a password.
  • Once you have created an account you will sign in with it an proceed to CLICK THE GREEN EDIT BUTTON
  • Step one—Contact Information
    • NOTE: Fill in the section with Organization and Title with what you want printed under your name on your badge.
  • Step two—General Convention
    • Select NPN as your NSO
    • You do not have a discount code. NPN will reimburse you once you have submitted the reimbursement form.
    • NOTE: Please select ‘no’ for the Roommate search as NPN will be helping assisting with Roommate Assignments.
  • Step three—Convention Registration
    • You need to click the register button for 5-7 persons from same organization—fee $250.
    • You are encouraged to attend any of the other additional convention offerings. Please note NPN will NOT be subsidizing the cost for these events.
  • Step four—Additional NSO Packages
    • Select NPN—at this time you should see in the middle of the page your current charges:
      Registration Total: $250     Add-ons Total: $0 (unless you are adding on) and
      Grand Total: $250
    • Details about the NPN Regional meeting will appear as well as the contact information for the hotel.
    • Please include your travel arrangements here AND you will need to communicate them to Ashley with your subsidy request.
  • Step five—Review and Payment
    • If you did not add-on your total should be $250.
    • Print and save this page.
    • Submit your document and you will proceed to PayPal to check-out.
    • SAVE AND PRINT THIS RECEIPT. Then EMAIL to Ashley (ashleysparkles@yahoo.com)! YOU MUST HAVE THIS RECEIPT IN ORDER TO BE REIMBURSED!

    • Select NPN—at this time you should see in the middle of the page your current charges:
